Gemma: Company

Gemma S.r.l., a subsidiary of Riverfrut , was established in 1995. The company specialises in the production, processing  and transformation of vegetable produce.

Gemma S.r.l.soon became known for its ability to combine process innovation with product excellence. The objective being to seize the opportunities offered by the modern consumer who has little time to spend in the kitchen yet does not want to forfeit good taste and quality.

The variety of IV range and V range  products Gemma S.r.l.proposes fully meets these needs: particular care is taken over the selection of raw material and the technologies used ensure that the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh vegetables are maintained, without recourse to additives, synthetic aromatics and preservatives.

The assortment consists of three families of products:

• Grilled vegetables (Bell Peppers, Aubergines, Courgettes, Spring Onions, Belgian Chicory, Triple vegetables);
• Steamed vegetables  (Broccoli, Cauliflowers, String Beans, Fennel, Carrots, Triple vegetables);
• Creamed vegetables (Bell Peppers, Artichokes, Asparagus, ... ).

Gemma S.r.l. is certified in conformity with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
