The product is carefully sorted, trimmed, washed and dried. It is then packed in trays or bags, according to customer requirements, as in the table below.
Supplies are guaranteed for 12 months a year:
• from June to October the produce is local, from Piacenza
• the rest of the year it is imported from companies with guaranteed traceability certificates (Morocco-Egypt) and is directly supervised by our technicians.
The vegetables we offer, in the Class V category, undergo a light pasteurization process to ensure that the organoleptic properties typical of the raw material used are perfectly maintained. The attractive packaging contains 2 ready-to-use portions, without any wastage: just season them, at room temperature or heated, to have a healthy, practical and quickly made side dish.
